Zef Noci – The Man Behind the Fire & Flavor
Zef Noci, the visionary behind Zef’s Pizza Firetruck, turned his passion for food and hospitality into something extraordinary. Originally from Kosovo, he moved to the U.S. with a dream—to create more than just great pizza, but lasting memories. By transforming a 1985 American LaFrance firetruck into a mobile pizzeria, he brings people together over the love of handcrafted, wood-fired pizza.
