Humble beginnings
One of the reasons I love Neapolitan pizza is that it reminds me of the wood burning oven my mother had back in the old country. This is where we lived till I was 5 years old and I remember how delicious the bread tasted. It's something that brings me back every time I taste a Neapolitan pizza.
